AN ACT
HB 5027
Relating to the financial
administration of the health-related licensing boards; and declaring an
emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. To carry out the provisions of ORS 291.055
(1)(e), the following new fees, approved by the Oregon Department of
Administrative Services, for the health-related licensing boards with authority
to modify fees by administrative rule or which have not met the maximum amount
prescribed by statute, are approved as follows:
(1) Oregon Board of Dentistry
Dental Hygiene Limited
Access Permit
(application
fee and biennial
renewal fee)................ $ 50
each
(2) State Board of Massage
Technicians temporary
practice permit....................................... $ 40
(3) State Board of Pharmacy
Pharmacy Technician
registration fee........................................ $ 25
(4) Oregon Board of Licensed
Professional
Counselors
and Therapists Intern
renewal fee.............................................. $ 40
(5) Board of Naturopathic
Examiners inactive
license
fee............................................................ $ 175
SECTION 2. To carry out the
provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fee increases, approved by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the health-related licensing
boards with authority to modify fees by administrative rule or which have not
met the maximum amount prescribed by statute, are approved as follows:
(1) State Board of Psychologist Examiners

(3) Board of Naturopathic

SECTION 3. This 1999 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
