AN ACT

Relating to the financial administration of the Construction Contractors Board; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new fees, approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the Construction Contractors Board with authority to modify fees by administrative rule or which have not met the maximum amount prescribed by statute, are approved as follows:

(1) Home Inspection

Certification

Application Fee................................................. $ 50

(2) Home Inspection

Certification Exam

(first attempt).................................................... $ 50

(3) Home Inspection

Certification Exam

(subsequent attempts)....................................... $ 25

(4) Annual Certification........................................ $ 75

SECTION 2. This 1999 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
