Relating to residential property rentals.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 1999 Act is added to and made a part of ORS chapter 90.

SECTION 2. A landlord may not require that a tenant display a nonremovable tag, sticker or other device on a motor vehicle that might reveal or indicate to the public the premises where the tenant resides.

SECTION 3. Section 2 of this 1999 Act becomes operative September 1, 2000.
