Relating to federal lands.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. To the extent permitted by federal law, lands owned or administered by or under the jurisdiction of the United States, other than federal land as defined in ORS 607.005, shall be treated in the same manner as private lands for purposes of ORS chapter 607 and ORS 608.015, 608.310 to 608.400, 608.510 and 608.990.
