Relating to pilot program for rearing juvenile steelhead.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. (1) The State Department of Fish and Wildlife shall establish a pilot program to involve Indian tribes in Oregon in the rearing of juvenile steelhead under the salmon and trout enhancement program described in ORS 496.430 to 496.460.

SECTION 2. Section 1 of this 1999 Act is repealed on December 31, 2001.
