Relating to electrical specialty code under One and Two Family Dwelling Code; amending ORS 455.630.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. ORS 455.630 is amended to read:

455.630. (1) The One and Two Family Dwelling Code shall be enforced by inspectors and building officials qualified pursuant to ORS 455.715 to 455.740.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, enforcement of electrical specialty code, permit and licensing provisions shall be under the sole authority of the Electrical and Elevator Board in the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
