Relating to licensing for electrical installations; amending ORS 479.633.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. ORS 479.633 is amended to read:

479.633. With respect to a licensing application filed on or before December 31, [1997] 2000, a local apprenticeship committee making a determination under ORS 479.630 (10)(a)(C)(ii) shall consider the applicant's experience regardless of whether the person was licensed pursuant to ORS 479.630 at the time the experience was obtained.
