AN ACT

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fee increases, approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the Board of Radiologic Technology with authority to modify fees by administrative rule or which have not met the maximum amount prescribed by statute, are approved as follows:

(1) Permanent Radiologic

Technologist License............................... $ 4 per month

(2) Permanent Limited

Permit....................................................... $ 4 per month

(3) Temporary Radiologic

Technologist License............................... $ 4 per month

(4) Temporary Limited

Permit....................................................... $ 4 per month

SECTION 2. This 1999 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
