AN ACT
HB 5005
Relating to the financial
administration of the State Department of Agriculture; and declaring an
emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. For
the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following
fee increases, approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services,
for the State Department of Agriculture that has authority to modify fees by
administrative rule or that have not met the maximum amount prescribed by
statute, are approved as follows:
(1) Commercial Phytosanitary
certificate................................................. $ 30 per certificate
(2) Noncommercial
(3) Unlicensed nursery
inspections................................................ $ 45 per hour
SECTION 2. This
1999 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes
effect July 1, 1999.
