Relating to Green Permit program; amending section 11, chapter 553, Oregon Laws 1997.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 11, chapter 553, Oregon Laws 1997, is amended to read:

Sec. 11. An agency shall not issue a Green Permit after December 31, [2000] 2003.
