AN ACT
HB 5030
Relating to the financial
administration of the Department of Human Resources; and declaring an
emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new fees, approved by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the Department of Human
Resources with authority to modify fees by administrative rule or which have
not met the maximum amount prescribed by statute, are approved as follows for
the Health Division:
(1) Clandestine Drug Lab Program

SECTION 3. This 1999 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
