AN ACT

HB 2183

Relating to the disposition of petroleum load fee; and appropriating money.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. On the effective date of this 1999 Act, the following moneys shall be transferred to and appropriated to the General Fund:

(1) The following moneys attributable to collections under ORS 465.104 (1) and (2):

(a) Those moneys originally deposited into the Orphan Site Account under ORS 465.380 (6) (1991 Edition), and now held in the Orphan Site Account created under ORS 465.381; and

(b) Those moneys deposited into and now held in the Underground Storage Tank Insurance Fund described under ORS 466.795.

(2) Those moneys attributable to collections under section 12 (1) and (2), chapter 1071, Oregon Laws 1989, and now held in the Underground Storage Tank Compliance and Corrective Action Fund established under ORS 466.791.
