AN ACT
SB 5502
Relating to bonds; and
declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. The amounts allocated, as provided by ORS
286.525 (1), for general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and financing
agreements or certificates of participation of this state that may be issued
during the 1999-2001 biennium are as follows:

state's population
or a change in federal
law allows the

Code of 1986, as
amended, to exceed

biennium, the
increase shall be
allocated to the
Private Activity Bond
Committee.
SECTION 3. This 1999 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
