Relating to information systems.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. A contract issued by the Department of Education during the 1999-2001 biennium for the statewide implementation of the database initiative project described in ORS 327.511 shall be considered an emergency contract and shall be exempted from the requirements of ORS 279.015.
