AN ACT

Relating to emotionally disturbed children; and appropriating money.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. In addition to and not in lieu of any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the Mental Health and Developmental Disability Services Division of the Department of Human Resources, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, out of the General Fund, the sum of $200,000, which may be expended for providing Day and Residential Treatment Standards slots to serve seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families in Douglas County.
