  Delete lines 5 and 6 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + For any gasoline or diesel fuel
sold in this state:
  ' (1) The average sulfur limit on the amount of sulfur that may
be present in gasoline or diesel fuel is 30 parts per million.
  ' (2) The maximum sulfur limit on the amount of sulfur that may
be present in gasoline or diesel fuel is 80 parts per
million. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + The limitations on sulfur content
of gasoline and diesel fuel established under section 2 of this
1999 Act apply to all gasoline and diesel fuel sold in this state
