  Requires State Parks and Recreation Department to develop plan
to establish Chrissy Field in Brookings as state park.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to Chrissy Field.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Consistent with ORS 390.010 and 390.180, the
State Parks and Recreation Department shall develop a plan to
make Chrissy Field in Brookings a state park. The department may
jointly develop the park with the State of California. + }
