                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to land use near airports; amending ORS 836.619.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. ORS 836.619 is amended to read:
  836.619. Following consultation with the Department of
Transportation, the Land Conservation and Development Commission
shall adopt rules establishing compatibility and safety standards
for uses of land near airports identified in ORS 836.610
