  Delete line 19.
  In line 20, delete '(3)' and insert '(2)'.
  Delete line 21.
  On page 2, line 39, after 'dates' insert ', transfer rights and
job bidding rights, all without loss of seniority,'.
  On page 7, delete lines 12 through 45 and delete pages 8 and 9.
  On page 10, delete lines 1 through 12 and insert:
