                  B-ENGROSSED SENATE BILL 1127

  On page 1 of the printed B-engrossed bill, line 4, delete '
687.057,'.
  On page 5, delete lines 25 through 42 and insert:
  '  { +  NOTE: + } Section 13 was deleted by amendment.
Subsequent sections were not renumbered.'.
  On page 6, after line 25, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 15a. + } If House Bill 2525 becomes law, ORS
687.086, as amended by sections 166 and 167, chapter ___, Oregon
Laws 1999 (Enrolled House Bill 2525), is amended to read:
  ' 687.086. (1) If the State Board of Massage Technicians
proposes to impose any of the sanctions authorized in ORS 687.081
or take other disciplinary action, opportunity for hearing shall
be accorded as provided in ORS 183.310 to 183.550. Hearings under
this section must be conducted by   { - the Assistant Director
for Health or by - }  a hearing officer designated by the board.
  ' (2) Promulgation of rules, conduct of hearings, issuance of
orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be as
provided in ORS 183.310 to 183.550.

section 15a of this 1999 Act become operative on January 1,
