House Republican Caucus

Welcome to the state legislative website for the Oregon House Republicans.

As House Republicans, our top priority is to improve the state's economy.

To create more family wage jobs, Oregon needs a stronger private sector and a healthier business climate. That's why we support measures that encourage businesses to hire unemployed Oregonians, provide tax relief to Oregon families, and leverage our abundant natural resources.

In 2012, we are offering our “50,000 Jobs in Five Years” agenda.  Our plan offers seven solutions could help boost private-sector employment and put more money into the pockets of our citizens.

House Republicans also believe government should live within its means. We support prioritizing spending to protect essential services while eliminating wasteful spending and making state agencies more efficient and effective.

We have more ideas to improve education, strengthen public safety and make health care more affordable. Please review our Reform Oregon plan for more information.

This site is a resource for House Republican news and information. You can also learn more about individual members of the House Republican Caucus by visiting their individual pages. Also, you can follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
