NOTES OF DECISIONS

Since this section discloses clear legislative intent that agriculture members of State Board of Agriculture be engaged in farming and that consumer representatives not be engaged in farming, it was error for trial court to dismiss action to exclude member from board who was appointed as consumer representative but who was in fact representative of agricultural interests.
