REP. WINGARD: CORPORATE, INCOME TAX INCREASES THREATEN JOBS, BUSINESSES

Rep. Matt Wingard (R-Wilsonville) rose today to oppose the $733 million tax increases that passed the House of Representatives. In this clip, Rep. Wingard addresses the state's revenue growth, and the damage that corporate tax will cause to Oregon's economy. He also read letters from small business owners in House District 26, who share Rep. Wingard's concerns that the tax increases will threaten jobs and bolster Oregon’s reputation as being hostile to businesses.
