Legislators to Hold News Conference on

Bipartisan Transportation Package

SALEM – The legislative leaders who have crafted HB 2001, the transportation plan to create 4600 jobs annually and rebuild Oregon’s road and multi-modal transportation systems, will hold a news conference in the Capitol Press Room Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. or upon adjournment of the House and Senate floor sessions.

            Expected to attend are Senate President Peter Courtney, House Speaker Dave Hunt, Senators Bruce Starr and Rick Metsger, and Representatives Terry Beyer and Vicki Berger.
